"Really having a hard time with this agency & company overall. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION. Literally brought in some papers to get notarized & they suggested that I leave the papers there because they would be able to send them off for me. A couple days later, my claim agent said there hasn’t been any update & she even called the office and they had no memory of me being there & it’s only been a FEW days. So not only they couldn’t handle something simple as sending out some forms that already came with a label but they also don’t remember there’s customers. IF SENDING OFF PAPERS WAS SOMETHING TOO MUCH OF A TASK, THEY COULD HAVE JUST LET ME SEND IT OFF MYSELF. Excuse was the carrier hasn’t came yet. Well how about get a staff member to drop off at the the docs SEAN instead of sitting on important documents people are needing asap! Do better."
